Delivery Country
Which countries does Parcel and Pouch deliver to?
We currently only deliver to Australia.

Order Confirmation
When will I receive an order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and begun processing it.

Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
The tracking code will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.

Delivery Details
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is:

Delivery time: 1-2 days (Mon-Sat)

Delivery time: 4-7 days (Mon-Sat)

If you place your order before 3:00 PM (Adelaide GMT+9:30), it will be processed the same day.

Shipping Costs
Are there any shipping costs?
No, all our products are shipped free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity.

Delayed Orders
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum order processing and delivery time has been exceeded and your order has not arrived yet, please allow up to two additional days. Check your tracking number. If your shipment still hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What should I do if my shipment is damaged or contains incorrect items?
Take photos of the problem and briefly explain the issue. Please contact us and provide your order number. We will take care of the solution.
